Led product for Rec Room's creator tools and platform expansion — including the strategic Xbox launch and the UGC tooling that powers Rec Room's community-built content. Helped scale the product org through a period of rapid growth.

How it works

Rec Room's superpower is user-generated content — rooms, games, and experiences built entirely by the community. The creator tools work involved defining what building inside Rec Room should feel like, making complex scripting and design tools accessible to non-engineers, and shipping the Xbox expansion that opened the platform to an entirely new audience. Also established the Technical Program Manager discipline and sub-team structure to support rapid org scaling.
